Shipping & Returns

Standard U.S. shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days to most locations. Express continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days for orders placed before 4 PM Pacific Time on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4 PM Pacific Time on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel by contacting our customer care team here. Please include your order number and a reason for your cancellation.

EXCHANGES
We offer one time exchange per order for free for USA domestic orders only. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for free. Requesting exchange to store@morovatiuomo.com with the order number you wish to return and the style, color, and size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and your exchanged item will be shipped out after we receive your return package.

RETURN POLICY FOR USA ORDERS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from morovatiuomo.com. Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Final sale goods are exempt from being returned. Email store@morovatiuomo.com with your order number for the return shipping labels or you may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package. Flat return rate of $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used.

RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The actual shipping rate plus import duty will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
